What we do
Six things make up most of what rolls through the door. All of it is quoted per job, because none of it comes out of a box.
Measured, built and welded to your vehicle rather than pulled off a shelf. Lifted, stretched, swapped or shortened — if the geometry changed, the shaft has to change with it.
Every shaft we build spins up on the balancer before it leaves. That is the difference between a shaft that is straight and a shaft that is quiet at 70mph.
Pattern checked, backlash and preload set to spec, then documented. Gears fail from setup far more often than they fail from load.
Dana/Spicer and Yukon gear sets in the ratio your build actually needs — sized around your tyre diameter and how you drive it, not a guess.
Selectable lockers, automatic lockers and limited-slip units supplied and fitted. We will tell you honestly which one suits your use.
Complete housings built up, trussed and set up ready to bolt in. Rock crawlers, tow rigs and UTVs.
Work order
Bring the vehicle in, or send measurements and photos. We tell you what it needs and what it costs. Free.
Tube cut, yokes and joints pressed, welded straight. Dana/Spicer components unless you ask otherwise.
Spun up on the high speed balancer and corrected. This is the step most shops skip.
Fitted here or shipped to you, with the specs written down so the next shop knows what it has.
